Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Premier Coir Products India. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
• Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@coirplus.in with your order details and reason for return.
- The goods are in the original packaging.
- Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, you must ship the product back to our warehouse within 5 business days.
The following goods cannot be returned:
• The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have a date of expiry that is over.
• The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regularly priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
3. Refunds
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Exchanges
• We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
• To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of issue.
• Replacement will be shipped once the defective item is received and verified.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Used mattresses or bedding products
• Custom-size or made-to-order items
• Clearance or discounted products
